FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What information do you need from me?

I only need your first name, your questions (or focus), and the first name of anyone involved in the situation.

How will I receive my reading?

All readings are delivered as an audio recording sent to the email address you provide at the time of submission. Please make sure your email is entered correctly so there are no delivery issues.

How long does it take to receive my reading?

The typical turnaround time is 24–48 hours. Delays are rare, but if they do occur, delivery may take up to 5–7 days at most. If there is an unexpected delay, you will likely receive an update.

What can I ask about?

You can ask about relationships, career, finances, personal situations, decisions, or general guidance.

Are there topics you don’t read on?

I do not provide readings related to health or medical matters.

Do you offer general readings?

Yes. General readings can cover multiple areas of life such as relationships, finances, and personal growth. You may choose a timeframe of the next 6 or 12 months.

Do you provide exact timing?

I do not provide exact day-to-day timing for communication or events. Timing is fluid and influenced by free will. I can identify broader periods, such as weeks or months, because I focus on windows of timing rather than exact dates.

Do I need to share background details?

No. You’re welcome to share context if you feel it’s important, but it isn’t required. I prefer minimal information so the reading remains unbiased.

Can I ask follow-up questions?

Follow-up questions are not included unless otherwise stated in the service description. However, you are always welcome to purchase the Quick Insight Reading (three questions) if you would like to go deeper into something or receive additional clarity.

What if I don’t receive my reading?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still don’t see it, you’re welcome to contact me through the messaging portal on my website and I will resend it.
